What it does not cover.
Installed software, windows keys and Microsoft Office.

Tier 1 Technical Service 1
General Service, Cleanup, Virus Scan, Minor Software Problem
Tier 2 Technical Service 2
Virus Infection, Operating System Malfunction, Hard Drive Failure reload of windows on new drive, does not include data.
Tier 3 Advanced Technical Repair 1
Virus Infection, Software Operating System corruption, windows not booting with Data Backup.
Tier 4 Advanced Technical Repair 2
Priority Service; Backup of Data and Reload of Operating system, Load Software / Consult.
